orn in Okinawa, Maeda began his musical studies in Japan at the Showa University of Music and studied under the guidance of Ken Matsuura in Japan. He soon continued his study with renowned opera singer Paride Venturi & Antonino Siragusa in Milan, Italy. Maeda’s performance career is not only in Japan, but throughout the world, especially in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, and Europe. He once performed in Seoul and the event has been broadcast globally. His most regular performance is in Tokyo especially at New National Theater Tokyo with Tokyo Symphony Orchestra and Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and various well-known and important concert halls. Maeda also take part in the 4th “Mrs. Butterfly International Competition” held in Nagasaki and won the grand prize. The most notable and memorable performance in his career is performing alongside with his teacher Mr. Siragusa in 2011 in a concert ‘G. Rossini II Barbiere di Siviglia’ In collaboration with Mr. Anders Wihk a renowned Irish pianist/arranger, launched their album ‘Prayer’ the year 2007, ‘Infinito’ in the year 2018, and going to launch ‘On its way’ in the year 2020. The recording which takes place in Kuala Lumpur will launch soon in mid-2020. 

Shinichiro Maeda utilizes his multi-lingual skills to the fullest. Besides Japanese, he can speak fluent English, Korean, and Italian too. Singing in a foreign language is not a difficult task. And that made him a beloved opera singer with the most flexibility with powerful voice enriched with great expression.
