Denise Wee

Denise epitomizes a seamless fusion of musical mastery and educational dedication. Armed with a Grade 8 ABRSM certificate in piano and six years of flute performance in her secondary school’s concert band, she has finely honed her musical talents. Beyond her instrumental skills, she has also taken on leadership roles as a band conductor, section leader, and treasurer—demonstrating her organisational skills and strong interpersonal communication.

Her passion for music extends beyond performance. She has worked as a part-time piano teacher and administrator at a music school in Kota Kinabalu, where she not only guided students in their musical journey but also handled administrative responsibilities with efficiency. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Education at SEGI University, Denise is deeply committed to both music and teaching.

Denise is warm, friendly, and absolutely loves working with kids. But don’t be fooled—she knows how to push students to improve while keeping lessons engaging and fun. She brings a creative approach to teaching, using toys, bells, and flashcards to make learning interactive and exciting. With a strong understanding of early childhood education, she tailors her lessons to suit young learners, ensuring they build a solid musical foundation while developing a lifelong love for music.
