At Tutti, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy sets out our procedures for changes of mind after purchase. This is distinct from the Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturing issues/defects.

We recommend that you read our Returns Policy before purchasing from our website so that you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns, and repairs, as well as your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend that you inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores immediately to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods, including whether the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided.

Return To make a return, please contact us on our Contact page within 3 days of product delivery to submit your request together with proof of purchase (a copy of the official receipt) for the product being returned, and a member of our staff will contact you to provide assistance and further instructions.

The products must be returned to us in their original and brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, dings, and scrapes on the product or any of the related materials that came with it. The returned products must also include all original packaging, labels, stickers, seals, manuals, and accessories, and still have their protective materials unremoved and intact.

We will issue the refund as store credit, which you may use for any future purchase or school fee in the future. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, charge a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price of the product returned.

Additionally, you will have to bear all delivery costs (if any) associated with the return and exchange of the product, unless you have received the wrong item or the product has a manufacturing defect. To minimize delivery costs, you may return your product personally at the showroom.

Refunds or Exchange If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in exchange for store credit or exchange it for a different product of equivalent value or higher.

We will only permit refunds in exceptional situations where the returned product is found to be defective, not repairable, or not exchangeable.

Non-returnable Products This Policy does not apply to the following products, which are non-returnable:

  • Products that are not purchased from Tutti’s showroom or online store.
  • Items with marked-down prices, as they will be sold as is.
  • Custom orders.
  • Discontinued and/or B-stock products that are sold at discounted prices.
  • Speakers, tubes, books, and diaphragms.
  • Personal products or products where there may be a hygiene concern (e.g., earphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, microphones, etc.)

Please contact us if you are unsure about whether your product can be returned or not.

Abuse of Refund and Exchange Policy We have created this Policy to ensure that our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, including but not limited to making excessive returns, returning products that are no longer in their original and brand-new condition, or returning products that they have not purchased. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.

Amendment We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy at any time and without prior notice to you.
